Very impressed with Connor Osorio and his results with my loan. I've made several home purchases and Connor provided me quick responses to any questions I had as well as making the loan process as simple as possible. His attention to detail and taking advantage of electronic signing options made the process much quicker at closing and saved me from writers cramp with selling and buying properties on the same day. He’s always available mind you even on the weekends. He guides me and updates me throughout the process. One thing that I really like about Juno is he helped me make informed decisions and he considered my financial situation and needs. He worked to get me the best possible rate and ensured a smooth and timely closing. He talked to my agent about getting a seller credit to help me with the closing cost. I got the best deal. DO NOT use this company!!!! They will drag you out forever. They promised to be able to close a HELOC loan in 10 days. It took 2 months. They kept asking for the same paperwork and documents over and over again. The close was supposed to be on a Friday and on Wednesday they ask for one last thing…. This would’ve kicked us back another 2 weeks. Immediately went another route and had my money by Friday with another lender. Supreme Lending is an absolute joke. Never use them if you want a loan. Never. They really don’t know what they are doing.

Ashton was great to work with from start to finish. She was quick to respond, often within minutes even on the weekend and late at night. As a realtor my hours can be a little crazy at times and when my clients Lender only works banking hours. It makes the transaction much more difficult. She reached out to the listing agent of any home we submitted an offer on to help us stand out, and my client had nothing but good things to say about the experience.

I will never use another lending company! I recently was using another agency and the stress and anxiety I got from them was terrible! Since June nothing seemed to be getting done on their end other than my down payment getting higher and higher. I was then referred to Anders Groves and within a little over a week I was approved with a way lower down payment and way better interest and official closed on our dream home today! I highly recommend him and his company and will definitely continue using him in the future!
